Top Kids Fashion Picks from Old Navy Sales
Anyone else’s kidoos growing like weeds? I’ve got two twelve year old boys who are already in size 8 MENS shoe size and a 4 year old daughter that also seems to have grown an inch or so in the last few months. The boys were in short supply of jeans and nicer pants in their closet (although they would be more than happy to wear sweatpants everyday! lol). I popped over to the Old Navy website to see what kind of after Christmas/January sales they were having and I was not disappointed! I ordered several pairs of jeans/cargo/trouser pants for the boys to try on, along with a couple pairs of sweats/athletic pants. And of course once I filled the cart with some items for the boys I headed over to the girls/ toddler section of the website to see what was on sale in my daughters size.
I’m linking everything I ordered plus a few other items I think are cute (just possibly not in the correct sizing for us), in case you’re also in the market for some new clothes for your kids (or grandkids or nieces/nephews etc).
BOYS
I found some really great options for the boys for some nicer pants/jeans. Alot of the jeans had some stretch to them which makes them more comfortable to move around in. And the sweats I ordered felt like really good, thick quality. They look nice and they should last a decent amount of time.
I find Old Navy a good balance of quality for price because you know your tween/teen boys are going to be rough on their clothing. It’s a great place to get everyday wear pieces like t-shirts and long sleeve shirts. As well as if you need some pieces that are slightly more dressier. They wash and wear well without breaking the bank.
GIRLS/TODDLER
These outfit sets are usually a good value for your money (and there are some really cute ones). And of course you can mix and match with your littles current wardrobe. I bought a few pieces that will be for the upcoming seasons in her next size (ie. Fall/Halloween theme as well as a cute but more Holiday themed outfit), but I also bought the rest of the pieces in a 5T as well, knowing that she’ll be able to wear the pieces now and for awhile.
Leggings are such an easy and versatile go-to for girls. Wear with a top or add under a dress or skirt. Old Navy had some really cute options and variety (simple solid colours or fun patterns) and I loved the flair style on some of them. I didn’t order any of the skirts on my recent order but I’ve already started a new cart with some of the options I’ve shared here. These would be a cute option to wear as it starts to warm up (with leggings or tights) and then can transition easily into the summer wardrobe.
There are some cute top options avaible right now, and on sale! (Some of these have also ended up in another cart). I love all the easy summer dresses (that again, can be worn early with leggings or tights and trasition right in to the warmer weather).
Let me know what you’re adding to your cart.
